Polar Fleece With Tail Flap And Shoulder Gussets - Red/Navy

The Polar Fleece with Tail Flap and Shoulder Gussets is an extremely versatile rug, made from 230gsm polar fleece fabric. Ideal for travel, competitions, as a light stable rug, or after exercise/bathing, it functions as a wicking/cooler rug or an extra layer for warmth.

Features include double adjustable surcingle straps with rubber washers to help stop them unfastening, and a tail flap, particularly useful for horses prone to tail rubbing when stabled or travelling. A fillet string helps keep the back end of the rug in place.

Soft nylon lining at the chest helps prevent rubbing, with a wither protector added for comfort. The double adjustable chest straps include D rings and quick release clips, making fastening quick and simple once adjusted for your pony’s size, fitting a wide range of builds. Shoulder gussets allow freer movement.

Matching fleece wraps are available separately (not included with this rug). The machine washable rug is packed in a zipped bag with handles, ideal for storage when not in use.
