Please ensure all original tags remain attached and products are free of horse hair or debris to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is in its original, clean condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
